What
to expect when diving in La Paz Baja Mexico...The Sea of Cortez in Baja California has over 500 species
of fish. There is an incredible amount of sea life to see and
what better way to see it then on a private charter yacht, a live aboard experience but better!.
Scuba dive or snorkel with whale sharks, hammerheads, sea lions, mantas,
dolphin, turtles, pelagic's, tropical's and much more. There
are a variety of divesites
(beginner to advance) to choose from in the Sea of Cortez including;
wreck dives, seamount's, sea canyons and a host of islands.
It is possible to dive 2-3 dives a day. Night dives are done
conditions permitting. Our boat charter can visit sites not visited
by the local dive operators making your baja diving experience a one
of a kind.

When
is best to Dive La Paz Mexico... Water temperatures for December-May are between
65-75 degrees. June-November are between 75-85 degrees. June
thru November are the best diving months for visibility, currents
and water temperature in the Sea of Cortez. July to November
are good months for seeing the giant mantas and whale sharks.
Hammerheads can be seen swimming in schools year round but good
encounters occur October-July. Whale watching can be done year round
but are best months are Jan-May. There are many sea lion colonies to visit with an abundance to snorkel or scuba dive with. The Sea of Cortez hosts a large variety of whales so the whale watching in baja is fantastic. Whale Shark encounters in baja are common. Close encounters do happen when you least expect it.
